Cracker Dust, also known as decomposed granite, Blue Metal Dust or Crusher Dust, is a fine crushing of our local blue metal. It is most commonly used as a base under artificial lawns, in paving screeds and also can be used in pathways and driveways. Cracker Dust compacts down well while continuing to provide good drainage. You can stabilize Cracker Dust with Soilbond or Cement to aid compaction and reduce erosion. -
Our Gingin Quartz is a white river sand that is mainly used as a drainage sand. It can be used as a base under veggie-patches for plants that like better drainage, or it can be used in concrete applications. It is gritty with up to 2mm grains of fairly white to pink river stones. -
Our Landscape Mix is perfect for native gardens as it is not heavy on fertilizers. It is made from 100% organic, recycled greenwaste fines, blended with top soil and sand. Suitable for planting lawns, garden beds, fruit trees etc. It maintains a good balance between moisture retention and proper drainage. It is used extensively by the landscape trade for its versatility. -
Road Base is a combination of various sizes of Blue Metal mixed in with Cracker Dust. The mix binds together really well and compacts to make the perfect base under pathways and paving, while offering good drainage properties. It can also be used to make concrete by adding cement and water. -
Soil Conditioner/Soil Improver is made out of 100% organic, recycled greenwaste. It naturally improves any sandy soil, but is on its own the best soil for your plants. For extra nutrition for your Veggies, it can be mixed with Mushroom Compost, which will give it some extra fertilizer through manure and also add limestone and gypsum.
